Admission Policy

The Bataan Peninsula State University announces the opening of Extended Application for Admissions for Academic Year 2025-2026! Please read the details below regarding the process of admissions in the province’s premiere institution of higher learning.

GENERAL INFORMATION ON BPSU COLLEGE EXTENDED ADMISSIONS FOR AY 2025-2026

PROGRAM OFFERINGS

*FOR SHS, ALS PASSERS, OLD HIGH SCHOOL CURRICULUM GRADUATES
*Applicants in all colleges should pass an interview conducted by the dean

*FOR TRANSFEREES, SECOND COURSERS, BPSU OLD RETURNING STUDENTS (NON-SHS)
*Applicants in all colleges should pass an interview conducted by the dean

ADMISSION APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:
*Requirements shall be uploaded upon application via the admission portal:

1. Graduating Senior High School/ Senior High School Graduates

• Duly signed electronic copy of the BPSU Application Form (PDF file)
  (*To be generated and downloaded from applicant’s admission account)
• Electronic copy of SF9/ Report Card (Grade 11) with complete signatories, front and back copies (PDFfile)
• Electronic copy of Certificate of Good Moral Character (PDF file)
• Electronic copy of passport-size picture on white background with nametag: First Name, Middle Initial, and Last Name (as indicated in your PSA/NSO) (PNG/JPEG format)
• Electronic copy of PSA/NSO copy of Birth Certificate (PDF file)

2. Alternative Learning System (ALS) Passer

• Duly signed electronic copy of the BPSU Application Form (PDF file)

• Electronic copy of Certification that you are an ALS passer and are eligible to apply in college (PDFfile)
• Electronic copy of Certificate of Good Moral Character (PDF file)

• Electronic copy of PSA/NSO copy of Birth Certificate (PDF file)

3. Old High School Curriculum Graduates/ Lifelong Learners

NOTE: For marginalized sectors and special populations, admission accommodations will be given to applicants belonging to the disadvantageous populations such as indigenous people/ groups (Aetas, and Lumads), persons with disabilities, and with special needs, solo parents, children of solo parents, students with overseas Filipino workers(OFW) parents, hand preferences (left and both), and Muslims. Furthermore, applicants belonging to these groups are advised to inquire in person to respective campus admission offices about the available program offerings. Admission officers are willing to extend their hands to assist applicants by:

- Ensuring that the applicant has all the necessary information regarding the registration process, required documents, and deadline.
- Explaining the entire procedure in a clear and concise manner.
- Guiding them on how to fill out the application form accurately and by assisting in encoding their application on the system. Ensuring that the applicant understands each section and provides the correct information.

After the registration and application process, the admission officer will stay in touch with the applicant, providing updates on any important information related to admission exams or any changes in the process.

*To avail assistance for the registration and application onsite, applicants included in the marginalized sector must bring the following additional requirements:
- Indigenous People (IPs) - Membership Certificate/Barangay Issued Certificate
- Children of Solo parent/ Solo Parent - Solo Parent ID
- Person with Disabilities - PWD ID
- Students with overseas Filipino workers (OFW) parents - any proof of OFW parent’s employment
