Program Description

The Human Resource Development Program aims to prepare the graduates for a career in the field of Human Resource Management in various organizations whether in the manufacturing, marketing and service sectors, or in the different types of industries such as pharmaceutical, semi-conductor, food and beverage, banking industries and other types of organizations. The offereing of the program was approved by the BPSU Board of Regents by virtue of BOR Resolution No. 4 series of 2007. The curriculum was based on CHED Memorandum No. 39 series of 2006.

Program Objectives:

  • Complete understanding of the concepts, principles, theories, and philosophies in Human Resource;
  • Assist students seek employment and facilitate the integration process in the corporate environment so they can be immediately productive once employed.
  • Assist the students in appreciating the HR role in the organization and how they can make meaningful contributions as a partner in building the organization to become globally competitive.
