The Food Technology course provides in-depth knowledge and practical skills to students regarding food preparation, entrepreneurship and food manufacturing and baking industries both in commercial and small-scale industries. The students of this course will examine the optimization of food quality, quantity and processing, food safety and nutritional value, means of production, processing, preservation, distribution and use. It also aims to train graduates to become part of the industries of food packaging, quality control, sanitation, production management and distribution of foods.
